Just finished the first major upgrade to the site. With nothing but total respect to Tim Berners-Lee, I have to say that html requires a lot of patience and buckets of tea :-)

The Irish regulator, ComReg, is inviting views from the public on 1) universal service in the Irish telecommunications sector and 2) on the future regulation of the radio frequency spectrum.
ComReg seeks public consultation on these issues in preparing for the new EU Directives which will govern the way electronic communications will be governed in the future.
Submissions are required for 1) by 11 February 2003 for 2) by 14 Feb 2003. See Comreg site for details
