		<description>They did consult the resellers Fergus, in fact they came back for a second round half way through when some clarifications were needed. I honestly don&#039;t know the level to which they took our feedback on board, but I&#039;d really prefer not to get into committeeeee-level debate, with reports and minutes and whatnot. It gets nothing done. This is done, and it took less than a month.

Yes, it&#039;s first-come, first-served. A lottery isn&#039;t on the cards, and I&#039;d imagine the reasoning for that is the same as the reasoning for the pricing -- anything outside the normal parameters needs to be hacked into their systems and rolled out to the resellers. Their system isn&#039;t briliiant, but it works, and I wouldn&#039;t like to see it f*ked with.
