I honestly don't know the level to which they took our feedback on board, but I'd really prefer not to get into committeeeee-level debate, with reports and minutes and whatnot. It gets nothing done. This is done, and it took less than a month. Yes, it's first-come, first-served. A lottery isn't on the cards, and I'd imagine the reasoning for that is the same as the reasoning for the pricing -- anything outside the normal parameters needs to be hacked into their systems and rolled out to the resellers.
